SMALL GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES

In our lovely light and spacious Studio, we offer a range of ladies only, small group exercise classes. Our weekly schedule currently includes Pilates, Kettlebells, and Total Body Conditioning/HIIT.

Our classes are run by fun and friendly, experienced and highly qualified teachers. Because our maximum class size is 10, you can be assured of a very personalised approach to your fitness.
