SMALL GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES

In our lovely light and spacious Studio, we offer a range of ladies only, small group exercise classes. Our weekly schedule currently includes Yoga, Pilates, Kettlebells, HIIT and Circuits.

Our classes are run by fun and friendly, experienced and highly qualified class leaders. Because our maximum class size is 10, you can be assured of a very personalised approach to your fitness. Our classes are suitable for all abilities.
